At Wushu Exchange-San Francisco, you will learn the art of wushu, Chinese martial arts, with others who are committed to training in a healthy and balanced way. Wushu X was founded by Coach Zhang Lingmei, former coach of the Shaanxi Wushu team and the only female coach of the 1974 all-China Team. Coach Zhang is the top-ranked female martial artist in China and is known as one of the three straightswords of China. In 2005, instruction was assumed by Felicia Sze, former U.S. Team member and national champion of long fist, straight sword, staff and traditional empty hand (eagle claw).
Practices are located at 1319 20th Ave (x Irving St) in San Francisco, CA. Class times are Thursdays from 8:00-9:30 PM and Sundays from 2:30-4:00 PM.
Class prices are $15 for drop in, $100 for an 8 class card and $180 for an 18 class card. Newcomers are welcome to try a $35 4 class card (one time only).
Semi-private classes are available upon request for instruction or competition preparation. |
